I had my makeup and hair done for my wedding at Le Salon. My wishes were perfectly met, and I felt incredibly comfortable with both, even though I don't normally wear makeup. Both styles held perfectly throughout the day. I received consistently positive feedback from all of my guests. I was completely satisfied! Absolutely amazing value for money!

While searching for a new hairdresser, I (male, 56 years old) came across 'Le Salon' on google.de thanks to the positive reviews. I was able to book an appointment for the afternoon of the same day by phone. I received a very friendly welcome and was able to take my seat at the shampoo station right on time. Having my hair washed at a salon isn't always easy for me, as I have balance issues and therefore need a forward-facing shampoo station. Unfortunately, these are becoming increasingly rare in salons. After my hair was washed by a trainee (?), the owner of the salon skillfully and precisely gave me the haircut I wanted. I especially appreciated that she offered to wash my hair again after the cut to remove any remaining stubble. I felt very well taken care of and will gladly return to this salon.

I'm honestly surprised by the good reviews. Aside from the hair color, which I'm actually quite happy with, I felt very uncomfortable and have rarely been so dissatisfied after a haircut: I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment before they even started. Everything was rough: from the hair wash, where the water almost ran in my face, to the towel rubbing, to the blow-drying, where the hairdryer kept hitting my head. Even though it certainly wasn't intentional, as if such things and the delay were perfectly normal, there was no apology whatsoever. The atmosphere was cold, rude, and tense. They didn't ask about the water temperature or how I wanted my hair styled. They just did it. I'm used to a different experience... maybe I expect too much?! I hope she was just having a bad day and it's not always like this. It was definitely unpleasant. I hope she was just having a bad day and it's not always like this. Furthermore, a gloss treatment (a 4-6 week tint) without a cut cost me over €100, which I find exorbitant. At least the service would have been good. Even though my hair looks nice, I unfortunately didn't feel comfortable for a single minute, even though a visit to the hairdresser should be like a spa day. Very satisfied for many years! Friendliness, service, and craftsmanship are lived and loved here...the boss knows what "a little bit blonde" means!...highly recommended! It's great that you exist...🌸
