Trend Hair Family Friseur - Leer

I'd like to give feedback on my child's haircut yesterday. We paid €27 for it. When I saw the haircut today in daylight, I was very disappointed. The transitions are very uneven and the cut is messy, and the top layer of hair wasn't styled properly at all. Honestly, I don't understand why such a high price was charged.

I've been going to Jale for a while now and I'm absolutely thrilled! She always gives me gorgeous blonde highlights that are exactly what I wanted – natural, fresh, and perfectly coordinated. The welcome is always warm and friendly; you immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of. I enjoy every visit – both for the results and the pleasant atmosphere. Thank you so much, Jale – you do a fantastic job! Highly recommended! 💇🏼‍♀️✨

Very friendly shop. It was my first time there and I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely go again 😊

Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. The service and atmosphere are simply not up to par anymore. It's a shame, because I used to really enjoy going there.

I was already a customer of Dilan and Olga ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I'm so happy that they're now at H2O on Ringstrasse in Leer (near Multi-Nord) ! Two absolute professionals who know their craft perfectly – great haircuts, top-notch advice, and always in a good mood. I wish you much success and many satisfied customers in your new salon! If you're looking for a really good hairdresser, Dilan and Olga are the right people to go to. 💪💇‍♂️

Mega!

Booked an appointment at short notice and received excellent service. I'd be happy to come back.

I wanted a completely new hairstyle and had a wash, cut, blow-dry, and styled. I'm very satisfied and will definitely go back.

Great! Finally, someone understood me and cut my hair exactly the way I imagined it. I can confidently recommend this hairdresser. It was my first time there—and I'll definitely be a regular!

I have been to this place twice for eyebrow threading, 1st time everything was okay, lady used thread (although place can be a little neat). But the next time was the real deal breaker (had booked appointment by phone) receptionist asked me to wait as the lady (different from the 1st time as the earlier one was supposedly on vacation for 2 weeks) was busy with other customer. So, after 10 minutes receptionist again goes to the lady but again she's pre occupied (all this even after appointment), so finally the receptionist comes and starts using razor to clean the extras on my eyebrow (I allowed her thinking she's doing the initial cleanup before the threading) but wow she does just cleanup and demands I make the payment. And when I ask I need threading, the receptionist and the pre occupied lady demand I make payment for services received and that oh threading can be done only by other lady, we do just this. They had no shame. I'm not against making payment but what rattled me was complete indifference to customer requirements. They should be ashamed of their conduct. Never coming back and highly recommended a BIG NO to anyone planning to go.
