When I tried to make an appointment, I was held up on the phone, even though I speak German. That wasn't nice.

Was at my favorite hairdresser again yesterday. As always, the nice colleagues did their best to spruce up my hair. Thank you!

I wanted to make an appointment for 2 weeks and the staff ignored me (I think it's a matter of foreign nationality) I'm very sorry for the way I was treated Ich wollte einen Termin für 2 Wochen vereinbaren und das Personal ignorierte mich (ich glaube, es liegt an der ausländischen Nationalität). Es tut mir sehr leid, wie ich behandelt wurde I wanted to make an appointment for 2 weeks and the staff ignored me (I think it's because of the foreign nationality). We took our son here last week for his first haircut. Nicole was super friendly and you can really tell she enjoys her job. With her patience and loving nature, as well as her craftsmanship, she completely convinced our son and us! Thank you again, we'll be happy to come back!☺️

Very quick appointments and very nice hairdresser! Highly recommended, unfortunately children's haircuts from a certain age cost as much as an adult. I don't understand why I have to pay the same amount for a small head as I would for an adult. But I can only recommend the branch :-)

I'm always amazed at how the girls get it done the way they want. They listen when you have a request. Very satisfied and recommended. Thumbs up.
