The hairdressers are always friendly. I don't have a particular preference; they all do a great job. Prices have gone up a bit because of the coronavirus, but that doesn't bother me in the slightest. She's been MY hairdresser for over two years. I'm always happy to go back. 😊

Hello dear team at Frisör Charmant. Since our wedding was coming up, we had made an appointment. We went two days before, but they canceled because our trusted hairdresser was sick. We didn't receive a cancellation and were simply sent away without any effort to find an alternative. ICE COLD! Their behavior. We always loved going there. But to ruin a great occasion like this, I'm at a loss for words. I hope things will improve at this place in the future. We will look for another hairdresser from now on. *The customer is king* is an outdated saying, but one we could definitely live by!
