Many thanks to Diana. I've always been very spontaneous when it comes to my naturally curly, mostly long hair. And I was fed up with my currently rather frizzy, braided hair. I requested an appointment Friday afternoon, and it was time first thing Saturday morning. I had saved three possible chin-length hairstyles from the internet and showed them to her. Diana did a really great job. I also like the ambiance; I don't need a "luxurious" environment and all the bells and whistles. I actually prefer simple, clean, and friendly... and it was really affordable! The wash, hair care, cut, and blow-dry into a style that was uncomplicated for me but I really liked, the price was perfectly reasonable. Thank you again so much.

Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied this time. This is the first time I've ever been unhappy after a visit to the hairdresser. It wasn't a nice cut, and the color didn't match my expectations. I'm really disappointed. For €142, I expected more. I won't be going back. The staff is friendly, though, so I'll give it a second star. The consultation wasn't good either. If highlights aren't worth it, I'd rather be advised against them instead...it's worth the money. I'm really depressed. Never again!

I come from the Paunsdorf area (so it's half a trip around the world :D), but it's worth it. I've been going there for years and have always been very happy with the results. The staff is also very friendly, so it's great.

Many thanks to the wonderful hairdresser who took care of my hair. I'm absolutely satisfied with the consultation and the haircut. I haven't felt this comfortable in a long time. Excellent value for money!! I'll be back :)

I've been a customer for over 40 years. Everything is perfect. I've also been using them for pedicures for several years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are excellent, courteous, and friendly. Thank you, and keep up the good work.

As a customer of Diana's, I was thrilled to finally have found a hairdresser who understands how to cut and color alternative hairstyles. I simply asked for a consultation, and since then, it's finally been rock 'n' roll for me again. Awesome🦇
