What job does my hairdresser have? Unfortunately, I asked myself this question today. After a short consultation and a sample video of what my hairstyle should look like, she started “cutting” my hair. But I had to stop the process because the way it was edited and the final result was terribly bad. It looked as if the hairdresser was holding a hair clipper for the first time. After a discussion it was said that we had probably talked past each other. I can't understand that, because I've shown the same video to every hairdresser - including later my colleague - and so far my idea has always been implemented. One star is justified because a colleague tried to correct the mishap. Unfortunately, the child had already fallen into the well. I find it particularly disappointing that you don't own up to your mistakes and admit that you're no good at your job For me this was the first and last visit there.

This was my second time there and I can't complain. Super pleasant atmosphere, good advice and good craftsmanship. I'm really very satisfied.

I had booked an appointment with Ines online, had previously been to another hairdresser, unfortunately it didn't turn out the way I had imagined and so I went to another hairdresser and am super happy with the decision! Ines gave me great advice, listened to my wishes, explained everything to me in detail and also the care afterwards. I felt very welcomed and looked after. I am absolutely thrilled. I thank the master for the unique coloring. I feel modern and fresh again. I have long gray hair. Now I have blonde highlights in three different shades of blonde and it looks great. A real craft, worth every cent! Thank you very much for that.
