Friseur Ladies & Gentlemen's Cut

Unprofessional and rude. They failed my first appointment (without giving me any notice) and made me wait three hours to head to another friseur. Destroyed my long hair, cutting 8 cms instead of one as requested, making layers not requested, with an unacceptable styling, and charged a crazy prize. Refused to refund. Rude, unpolite. They say it was a communication problem, but I have shown pictures of the exact cut I wanted (straight bang, straight hair, no way to get confused). If I cut hairs home, the result would have been way better. I could even pass over this, if the manager was not so rude and arrogant towards customers. He first offered and arrangement cut with the stylist I wanted if made writhing 4 weeks, but there were no free spots - reason why I was forced to book after two weeks, with an appointment three weeks later. Appointment confirmed, I went there and they even refused to cut just my bangs - they wanted to charge me with a 10 per cent discount: another day of work lost. The manager was even so brave to told my, by e-mail, that I should re (read e-mails!!!) Worst saloon I have ever been in many countries. They don’t know how to handle people and even less to cut long hair. Just to be avoided if you don’t want to be mistreated and your hair to be damaged. Mine will take at least one year to get back to their initial and desidered length and style. — EDIT AFTER the management’s answer: Wow! Blaming a customer because of her language skills! I speak 5 languages, German is the 6th and I moved here a few months ago - very professional! Please then also start advising you attend customers in German only. When my appointment was cancelled (without prior notification), I was assured the person who would do my cut would speak English. Anyhow, as I knew my German was bad, I did bring pictures of the exact cut I wanted. The haircut was not just not the one I asked for, but a completely different one and 7cm shorter. I opted for choosing the only hairdresser with long hair for my reparation cut. Do you have any justification on the reason why I was not informed in the first place when my first appointment was cancelled? And why the second one was confirmed, even it I stated it was a reparation cut in the message - as you indicated? I just wanted my bang to be arranged in the second cut, it would have just been decent and professional to repair what was done. I will add pictures here, so that other customers can see. I have no reason to waist my time leaving negative reviews and I barely do it. Your answer just confirms your attitude and treatment towards customers. Well done!

I have appointments today. And I not happy with the worker the behavior is really unfriendly and rude the way she dry my hair and the way she cut my hairs is really not good I not happy about it. And pls fix the attitude is really not good 😌
