I had an appointment with Marvin today and I have to say a really big thank you! The advice was great and fully addressed my concerns/needs, love the cut, my curls look great, friendly and funny person with a cool taste in music! I will definitely come back.

Marvin cut my dream hairstyle. It turned out exactly how I imagined it. I felt extremely comfortable and well advised.

I had an appointment with Marvin today and couldn't be happier. Even at the color consultation appointment, I left the store feeling great. Marvin took an incredible amount of time for me to achieve the best possible result and it absolutely paid off. He is super authentic, competent and transparent, took all of my wishes into account and you could tell that he was passionate about it. I am really thrilled and have never had a comparable visit to the hairdresser. I'm already looking forward to the next appointment and good conversations.

Unfortunately, a total disappointment :-( after making three appointments within two weeks, which were always canceled shortly before "due to illness", I have now given up. Then please don't put so many appointments to choose from in the otherwise great and practical appointment portal if you can't keep them.

I moved to this salon to see my hairdresser. Since this is unfortunately no longer available, I switched to another tea member based on a recommendation. I had my blonde balayage refreshed and was dissatisfied after the first visit. However, things were even worse on the second visit. Balayage was not done beautifully or evenly. Edges and heels not beautifully blended, absolutely inadequate quality for the price. I then filed a complaint. This was then carried out by another team member at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the quality here wasn't right at all. Apparently the product didn't wash out properly, leaving my roots greasy after blow-drying. It was also noted that I have so much hair to blow dry that the end of the day is pushed back even further. It doesn't work at all! The hairdresser had probably had a colleague from the Balayage salon do her balayage and was also dissatisfied. I'll look for another hairdresser!

Despite an appointment I made over a week ago, I had to wait over half an hour and still didn't get my turn. In my opinion, it is important as a service provider to see customers on time when making appointments because it is extremely rude to keep someone waiting for so long. Dear Noland team, be so good and get your scheduling under control so that something like this doesn't happen again in the future.

I had high hopes for the hairdresser. The person who cut my hair also seemed competent and used a knife to give me a layered cut with bangs (based on a wolf cut). At some point at home I noticed that the bangs on the right and left of my parting were so different that I had to trim them again myself. The person had said that I could come back if something needed to be corrected, but I don't think it's that great for €70 or I don't have the time for it either. I think it's a shame, it hasn't happened to me for the first time, but I would have thought that the Noland salons were a bit more professional.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Great staff. Implementation of hairstyle wishes top. Price-performance perfect. Absolutely recommended.

Really friendly and professional staff, easy going atmosphere, super nice cut! I will definitely revisit.
