Great salon. Head Massage and hair spa was amazing. Great advice for haircare, not just professional but considering personal values and benefits.

Very good service. I had initially booked with an English speaking stylist as I do not speak much German, but they were sick. The salon managed to get me another appointment the next day and made every effort to accomodate for the lack of communication by having another stylist translate. Very nice cut and colour too! :) thank you

SO BAD SERVICE. I said no styling, then they dried the hair and and wanted 30 €. EXTRA. They were overpriced, not nice, arrogant, and not good at their job. Never go there! I’m crying and shaking right now. Ich was polite and tried to speak to them about the problem and they were so arrogant and ignorant. Humiliating

I do regret visiting this place in Leipzig. I am so sorry to say but the service was very poor, and sadly the staff appeared unaware that their rude behavior reflected a lack of communication skills and professionalism.
