I also made an appointment at the interface at short notice. Which I got very quickly. A big compliment to Ms. Hank, she implemented my wishes very quickly. Ambience is great. What I do complain about is that children's cuts for very short hair are a bit too expensive compared to other hairdressers, 0.5 cm and bangs cut €38

In December '23 I had my appointment, which I made over the phone. With information about longer hair. Coloring the strands was desired. On the phone I was told it would take 2 hours and around 130 euros for long hair. Was fine with me! On day x the hairdresser said, oh 2 hours, that's sporty and yet she tried hard. Unfortunately, there was no consultation. After finishing I heard the price for the hairstyle and it was 231 euros. I asked if they had made a typo and they said no. I paid and left. Completely incomprehensible to me because a different price was quoted over the phone. I cannot recommend this hairdresser! Zero quality on average and advice! Really stay away from it, price performance doesn't match!😡

Positive: booking an appointment was very easy online, the atmosphere in the salon was very nice, and the employees were also very friendly. There was a consultation before the cut. Unfortunately negative: actually it was agreed to cut 3-4cm, but in the end it was three times as much. The cut wasn't adjusted in the end, you can see that they were completely different lengths, and the hair at the back was also different lengths. I was afraid that if I went to complain, the cut would be much shorter and I had a friend correct it. The bangs were actually supposed to be short (micro) but they were only cut to the eyebrow. When blow drying I just asked to dry and leave my natural wave but got a blow out. Perhaps the salon is more suitable for older women and men.

I was there for the first time today! Even when we made the appointment, the woman (Susanne) was very, very nice and gave good advice... Today I was pampered...I'm wonderfully satisfied with the result and said I'll be back...service and staff friendly price-performance ratio completely OK ;) A coffee would have been great...but that's complaining at a high level Gladly again :)

I am absolutely thrilled with my new haircut! The stylist took a lot of time, listened to my wishes and gave me a modern, type-appropriate look that corresponded exactly to my ideas. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxed and inviting, you immediately feel at home. I particularly appreciate the flexibility in making appointments and the relaxed advice, which really made me feel like I was in good hands. Thank you for the great work - I'm already looking forward to my next visit and can highly recommend the salon!

Very good advice, my hairdresser was Paul, he took all wishes and needs into account and conjured up a wonderful result! I would go to this hairdresser again and again :)
