I love going to Ali's! The service is simply exceptional; I feel like a VIP every time. Ali works incredibly precisely, with great sensitivity and a wonderful sense of style and personality. You can just tell that real talent and passion come together here. For me: 10/10 and I'll never go anywhere else!

I had an appointment scheduled today, October 22, 2025, which unfortunately wasn't recorded. Even when I requested the appointment, the employee had trouble understanding me. But at the end of the conversation, she confirmed the appointment I had been given. Today, however, I arrived at the so-called "Premium Salon," and there was no appointment scheduled. They then offered me an appointment 1.5 hours later, which I couldn't make due to scheduling constraints. Then the salon manager suddenly came over and asked what was going on, and I explained it again. He then said nothing was scheduled. (And besides, everyone in his salon speaks German, which I didn't question, only the people I spoke to on the phone didn't speak very well.) And it looks like I probably wouldn't have called. Now I have to be made out to be a liar instead of admitting a mistake. Customer friendliness and customer loyalty look different. He then literally threw me out of the salon, telling me to find another hairdresser; I wouldn't be served in his salon anymore. This behavior is beyond rude and arrogant.

Last week, I had a trial appointment for my wedding hairstyle and was really looking forward to it. After receiving a friendly welcome, we went through my ideas. I showed her a sample image and explained exactly what I wanted. I knew from the start that it wouldn't be exactly like the picture. However, that would have been perfectly fine with me. While she was trying to do my hair, I already told her what was bothering me and how I'd like it to look different. Unfortunately, this wasn't addressed. I was simply dismissed with the words that it couldn't be done any other way. The hairstyle was anything but what I had imagined. In the end, I even had to pay €10 more than I had previously agreed on the phone (€80 instead of €70). So I then sought the opinions of two other hairdressers, and both agreed that it definitely could have been done differently. I canceled the appointment for the wedding hairstyle over the phone and again discussed what was bothering me. Contrary to my expectations, I was met with a lack of understanding and was treated with rudeness. Especially when I explained that I had sought the opinions of other hairdressers and showed them the sample photo and the final result. I wouldn't recommend the salon and am very disappointed!

Today I took my son to get his hair cut at this hairdresser for the first time. Chic shop, nice staff - but in my opinion just unbelievably expensive! I had to pay an incredible €35 for a child's haircut. The young man tried very hard to cut my son's hair, but no one at home noticed that we were even at the hairdresser's. Unfortunately I wouldn't go here again.

I wanted to make my first appointment today in person because I'd heard so many good things about it. Wash, cut, blow-dry, and style. Apparently, it didn't work out. A somewhat snooty young lady told me they didn't have the capacity to just cut. JUST! Apparently, just cutting doesn't bring in enough money. Coloring, highlighting, or whatever else is done takes much more time than cutting my medium-length hair. Well, that's not how you attract customers, but you seem to have enough. For me, it means I'll never enter the salon again, and for you, it means no new customers from my circle of friends. You probably don't need that. You certainly won't become the leading master hairdresser in the north that way. Customer friendliness, customer loyalty, that's all part of it, and no whining that you don't have the capacity for a haircut. Good luck

Today was my first time at this salon, and I had an appointment with Ali. It was a fantastic experience all around. Great consultation, a very pleasant atmosphere, and a result that's truly impressive. I'm very happy! ☺️ I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for expert hairdressing.
